Karen Biondi, Senior Consultant
Karen brings 20 years of Sales and Marketing experience from a
large, successful Independent Software Vendor founded in
Houston, Texas. Her background includes building the $8
million dollar software company into a Software Sales and
Services Corporation with sales of $1.4 billion annually.
During her tenure, Karen generated sales with Fortune
100 and Fortune 500 companies. She used her success to guide
other sales representatives to rewarding careers. She
expanded her skill set to master and implement Solution
Selling, Negotiating to Yes, and other selling
methodologies.
Along with being a leader of the sales team, Karen also took
on marketing responsibilities that included Field Marketing
and Product Marketing. She also worked with Corporate
Marketing on several initiatives and marketing priorities.
Karen utilized her experience in sales and
marketing to create a new role in the organization as a
liaison between sales, marketing, and r & d. The program is
still running strong today.
In addition to sales and marketing, Karen led projects
from the operations side of the business. Project work
included corporate communications and a Time-to-Sell
methodology.
Karen continues to have a passion for sales
enablement: guiding organizations into methodologies and
processes to be effective, efficient, and profitable.
Karen graduated from the University of Notre Dame with
BA degree in Marketing.
