Lee Anna Washington, Senior Consultant
Before joining the Baker Communications team, Lee
Anna received her BA degree from Loyola University and
her MBA from Xavier University in New Orleans,
Louisiana. She has 23 years of domestic and
international, business, organizational development
and human resources experience with Conoco. She has
consistently identified customer needs, satisfied
those needs and always followed-up for results. This
drive to focus on customer needs, has lead to a
passion to continuously improve the way Americans do
business. As a result, Lee Anna has eliminated,
reenergized, or developed and implemented processes
in Learning, Human Resources and Accounting.
