Before joining the Baker Communications team, Lee Anna received her BA degree from Loyola University and her MBA from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has 23 years of domestic and international, business, organizational development and human resources experience with Conoco. She has consistently identified customer needs, satisfied those needs and always followed-up for results. This drive to focus on customer needs, has lead to a passion to continuously improve the way Americans do business. As a result, Lee Anna has eliminated, reenergized, or developed and implemented processes in Learning, Human Resources and Accounting.

Negotiated with the Dept. of Labor to approve benefits through 1998 for 2000+ severed employees.
Outsourced employee training resulting in an annual investment reduction of $3 MM. Featured in the Training & Development Magazine, November '95 issue on "Outsourcing."
Linked business needs with training, resulting in $1.5 MM of adjustments in Gas Sales.
Developed and implemented a unique Field Operations Learning Plan that reduced investment, encouraged teamwork and increased annual revenues by $1 MM.
Comingled API's Upstream and Downstream Training Conference, increasing attendance by 35% within a 2-year period.
