Lorrie Williams, Senior
Trainer

As a Sales Account Manager, Lorrie not only
interfaces with clients on the sales side but also
works with them on the training end of the spectrum.
She specializes in behavioral and psychological
assessments, behavior coaching, verbal and nonverbal
communication and inter- and intrapersonal
communication skills. Lorrie conducts her coaching via
one-on-one or group sessions.
Before joining the Baker team, Lorrie
completed her Masters in Counseling from the
University of Houston. She worked at Texas Children’s
Hospital and at a private school in New York City
conducting psychological therapeutic intervention to
benefit individuals with emotional, behavioral, social
or cognitive disorders. She delivered these things via
individual or group psychotherapy, social skills
training, parent and teacher training, support groups,
assessment of current status, review of past history,
individualized plan of treatment and evaluation of
progress. Lorrie also has a long history in the sales
arena working for VerticalNet, CellStar and PrimeTime
Media.

Lorrie is a member of the American Counseling
Association, Houston Museum of Fine Arts and the Art
Crowd. She volunteers with the Star of Hope Women and
Family shelter and Bo’s Place, a bereavement center
for children and their families. Additionally, in her
spare time, Lorrie plays the flute and is currently
learning the violin.
