LuAnne Schenck, Vice President
of Global Delivery Operations

LuAnne Schenck is Vice President of Global Delivery Operations at Baker Communications. She leads a global cross functional team that delivers instructor led training, coaching and CRM enablement in more than 20 countries across both hemispheres. LuAnne has 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with 7 of those years at Capital One University, ranked #15 on Training Magazine’s Top 125 Corporate Universities.

Prior to joining Baker Communications LuAnne held several key positions in the banking industry, including managing banking offices and leading a team of Sales and Performance Coaches in markets across the company footprint. While working in the financial services industry, LuAnne designed and implemented numerous sales performance improvement programs, led teams responsible for training design and delivery of major banking systems upgrades, and implemented a quality control policy to audit incentive payouts and sales results. She is certified as a Corporate Coach through Corporate Coach University and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.

LuAnne is a graduate of the University of Phoenix.
