Mario Stresow, Senior
Trainer

Mario has over 10 years experience in learning and development
with companies including Nortel, Texas Instruments, and
Dell. His most recent work includes developing
executive leadership development programs for Dell's Finance
organization that involved the CEO, COO, and CFO. He worked
closely with the CFO and CFO staff members to drive
leadership initiatives
aimed at helping Dell achieve its revenue growth targets.
Prior to his work at Dell, Mario worked closely with Senior
Vice Presidents at Texas Instruments to develop, facilitate,
and implement a company-wide leadership development
initiative aimed at 100% retention of top performers and
increasing the overall performance of the company. Over 80%
of the managers he worked with significantly increased their
capability to develop,
retain and attract top performers. This program was deployed
throughout the U.S., India, and Europe. He is an expert

instructor and was responsible for driving
negotiations training
throughout the Texas Instruments sales organization.
Mario holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the
University of Texas at El Paso and a Master of Science
degree in Organization Development from the University of
Texas at Dallas. He has developed and facilitated programs
in negotiations, performance management, talent development
and MBTI across the U.S., Mexico, Asia, India and Europe.
