As an instructor/consultant with Baker Communications Inc., Paula has worked with large companies to enhance process improvement systems and eliminate wasted time and effort. Paula specializes in developing and facilitating education courses to nurture, grow skills, and promote advancement for employees of diverse backgrounds.

Before joining the Baker Team, Paula obtained a range of experiences in marketing, public relations, sales and human resources. Throughout her training career Paula has been recognized as one of the top facilitators in the healthcare industry. She has a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Texas State University.
