Peggy is an experienced management training instructor with Baker Communications, Inc. Her experience ranges in teaching a broad range of classes in areas such as Management, Time Management, Presentations and Sexual Harassment. She also has experience teaching industry-specific, sales, product and marketing training in the life insurance, investment brokerage and real estate industries.

Prior to working for Baker Communications, Peggy had worked in the Insurance and Financial Services industry since 1992. She began her career in this industry with Lutheran Brotherhood, headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. Most recently, she worked with Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, headquartered in Los Angeles. Prior to entering the Insurance and Financial Services industry, she worked at Intel, Corporation. Throughout the years, she has been privileged to work in a variety of positions that have allowed her to gain valuable knowledge and experience in sales, management, negotiations and training.

Peggy will attest to having a passion for training. She works to make her training sessions highly informational, applicable and enjoyable. She has trained clients at the local, corporate and national levels and is experienced in both individual and group settings. She repeatedly receives exceptional reviews from her audiences.

Peggy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Austin, TX. She has continued her education throughout the years with courses in business, management and philosophy.
