Sandra is a Senior Territory Manager for Baker Communications and has over 12 years of leadership and management experience impacting and integrating people, processes, and technology.

She has lived and worked abroad in Prague, Czech Republic, as the Global Risk Management Leader on a $30-million compliance implementation project for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and liaised among other Eastern European leaders. She also created a highly regarded international internship program for foreign students which emphasized project deliverables, as well as working on cross-cultural teams.

Prior to her time with PwC, Sandra worked for KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint) as a Senior Consultant on Latin American and North American clients. She delivered projects for her Fortune 500 clients in the areas of HRIS integration, process improvement and business intelligence, B2B e-Business strategy, marketing/branding strategy, and human capital/organizational strategy.

Sandra's career also includes experience as an account development specialist and as a trainer delivering sales training and technology training for Kodak.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications/Advertising from The University of Texas at Austin. She has an emphasis in international relations. Sandra started and maintains Organized Solutions, a small consulting business which delivers professional organizing solutions and process improvement solutions to residential and business clients. She also believes in developing others and has been a mentor who has managed several relationships over the last 11 years. Sandra is an active volunteer spanning organizations committed to eradicating illiteracy among at-risk youth, encouraging involvement within the arts, and contributing to research within medicine. Sandra and her husband, Jeff, are involved in their church, enjoy outdoor activities and the arts, and are passionate about travel.

They reside in Houston, Texas.
