Shannon Numken, Senior
Trainer
Shannon has over 10 years in sales and public speaking.
His vast array of experience covers all disciplines – from
establishing a Gen Xer church in North Austin to selling
“underground furniture” for National Pre-arranged Services.
He has sales experience with Tyco Simplex Grinnell and is
currently the sales manager of Titan Fire Protection.
Creating a winning spirit in teams has been rooted in
Shannon since his days of childhood baseball. An all-state
baseball player in high school, Shannon went on to play for
nationally ranked San Jacinto Junior College with Andy
Petite, of the Houston Astros. Shannon has been published in
The Leadership Journal with articles on team building and
public speaking.
Shannon has a bachelor’s of science from The University of
North Texas and a Master's of Theology degree at
Southwestern Theological Seminary in Forth Worth.

Shannon volunteers as teaching pastor at New Community
Church in the Greater Austin Area. He also does some of his
toughest managerial coaching with his son’s t-ball team. He
currently lives in Hutto, Texas. He and his wife, Kristen,
have been married since 1996 and have two sons, Parker and
Cooper.
