Ted, Senior Trainer

Ted Kneidl comes to Baker Communications with over 30 years of experience in leadership, training, consulting as well as marketing and product development. Ted began his professional business career rather traditionally in "corporate America" at Anheuser-Busch, the world’s largest brewer, in 1973. His initial role was as an Industrial Engineer but through a series of six rapid promotions over 13 years became Vice President and General Manager where he was exposed to theme park operations, marketing, agency relations, new product development and management, and acquisition and diversification.

In 1986, he provided effective consulting as well as custom designed sales and distribution programs for the highly successful TRK, Inc and then in 1991 started and built the West End Soda Company to produce and market premium beverages which received broad recognition and national awards. From 1996 to present, Ted returned to consulting with a focus on small and medium-sized marketing services agencies with a broad range of services from assisting with new business development, cost reduction, management assessment and reorganization, sale of the agency, implementation of cost control to project racking systems, and much more.

As a member of the Baker Communications team, Ted’s areas of expertise include:

Ted holds a B. S. in Industrial Management and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. He is an accomplished guest lecturer and writer, regularly invited to present topics ranging from entrepreneurialism to new product development and introduction at venues such as Washington University, Graduate Business School and the American Marketing Association.
