Time, Territory and Priority Management Workshop

Time is a salesperson’s most valuable asset. Salesman who would like to increase their sales through better territory management will learn to prioritize tasks and activities, eliminate unnecessary activities, and manage personal and professional time efficiently. Participants will concentrate on goal-setting, focusing tasks on goal-related activities, project management, delegation, and applying time management skills to managing their territories. Territory management includes determining priority accounts and using that information to decide who to visit and how often to visit them. The course presents a strategy for using to-do lists, priority worksheets, and an analysis of a participants own territory to solve their own time and territory management issues.

This high-powered one-day working session will help to identify and overcome barriers to effective time and territory management issues. Proven time management skills, approaches and strategy develop will concentrate on how to help determine how much energy, resources, and territory coverage is needed.
