We were very happy about the (phone) sales training that Baker delivered for us this year. You were flexible with our schedule and the one-day format worked great for our team.

Since the training a few months ago our sales staff has done very well. If anything, the role-playing helped them work as a team and better bond with each other. I am very very big on that with a sales force. They have to like each other and want to accomplish sales goals as a unit for the company. If they adopt that theory, they will succeed individually.
