I wanted to take the time to tell you that the Consultative Selling Skills training your company provided was excellent. I have had this type of training in the past, but I think that Baker has one of the best programs.

Our trainer for this program was great. She handled everything with ease and kept the momentum going. It is worth noting that she took the time to read some literature our company follows and weaved it into her presentation. That in itself was going above and beyond to me.

Dealing with you has been great. I received information in a timely manner and you took the time to understand our company and needs. This really helped to gear the training for us. Thank you so much for all the hard work you have done.
