Thank you for such an informative class. I do feel like it was a very important class for all people in HR and customer service to take. Sometimes we forget that we do not have to like everyone that we come in contact with, but we do have to give them the best customer service we have to offer. The main thing I took away from the class was the idea that we all have different personality types and sometimes as the person trying to help someone we have to “mock” their way of doing things. We must understand them while they are trying to understand us!

The phone skills section of the class was great too! I think the FAB concept is probably one of the most important tools for simplifying the explanation we can give to our customers as we try to serve them. As for the ability to figure out what has happened up to the point you are receiving the call, the FFF idea is great!
