I did not know what to expect entering the class room. I am not one to normally get up in front of a group when it is outside of my comfort zone, but Pam made it feel easy. Her way of teaching made me feel comfortable almost like I was in my own office. I would fully recommend Pam to teach anyone of my employees due to the way she creates a comfortable atmosphere and her vast knowledge of people skills.
