Just wanted to send you a note regarding the sessions you do for my sales people. The response is always the same, outstanding! Sales folks are a difficult group of people to deal with. Yes, I know they are more vocal than engineers, but they also become bored much more easily. You consistently keep your presentations moving and exciting. Every group you had dealt with has come up with the same responses to your programs The 8 hours is a little long in their eyes (again they get bored easily), but the presentation style and content are excellent. Large groups are difficult to work with, but you find a way to maintain control and seem to really enjoy what you do
