Walter Rogers has created and led businesses in 13 countries on 3 continents. He is currently Chairman of the Board for CCI Global Holdings, an entity with a portfolio of sales performance management firms - CloudCoaching International, Baker Communications, CCI Labs and 4What Interactive. Each of these companies has won multiple prestigious industry awards for sales training & coaching, as well as technological innovation, and in turn, each has helped clients win industry awards for world-class sales performance.
Walter has been interviewed on over 100 shows including Bloomberg, CNN, CBS, ABC and Salesforce Live. These topics ranged from Sales, CRM, Sales Management and Corporate Productivity, as well as education and learning technology. His passion for CRM-enabled sales performance transformation has inspired him to write two books, one of which he co-authored with his business partner Tony Robbins.
He is on the Advisory Board of DePaul University for Sales Leadership, and was a Texas eCommerce Awards finalist for two consecutive years. Prior to founding his first company, he was Vice President of Asia Pacific Marketing for Marcam, a process ERP Software Company.
Mr. Rogers is a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, and holds both Business and Technical AWS certifications. He was awarded a patent for a System and Method for Superimposing a Context Sensitive Virtual Agents on a Web-Based User Interface.
Mr. Rogers' investment portfolio includes Cloud Chomp, a born in the cloud migration tools provider. He previously self-funded and crafted exit strategies for two software companies; Asset Optimization Group, a capacity planning software company was acquired by VMware (NYSE: VMW), and CertiSource, a transaction management software company acquired by Verticalnet (NASDAQ: VERT).
