Ryder Presentation Training Testimonial

My name is Sheref Abou-Donia and I attended the two-day course "Exceptional Presentations" at Ryder System, Inc. I wanted to take a few moments to tell you how valuable I believe the training to be. Communication is the most valuable skill I have to help me in my career and life. The exceptional presentations training provided me with the building blocks to improve my presentation skills, which are a key part of my ability to communicate. The ASIA structure taught in the course is an easy and effective way to approach preparing for and giving presentations. The format of the class, which incorporated real-time opportunities to implement the techniques learned and instant feedback on performance made the experience even more worthwhile.

I appreciate the time you took to give personalized feedback on my performance, as well as all the individual performances of all those in the class. The comments provided me with valuable insight from a professional who is expert in the techniques of giving presentations. I was able to learn more about both my strengths and areas for improvement in giving an exceptional presentation. While the materials used during the class weren't the central focus as much as the individual performances, I find them more useful now for reminding me of the principals of ASIA. Overall I believe the course to have been a great success and I am already implementing the techniques I learned. Thanks for the great experience.
