workshop. As professional sales trainers our expectations were
that we would learn something
we could use with our sales trainees but never in this world
did we expect
such a fulfilling learning experience that taught us so much. Your sales training model of S.P.O.R.T.S. will help us
teach our sales trainees to have a specific direction during
their face to face sales calls and their telephone calls
making them more productive. The Role Playing with such
realistic situations were scary at first but the numerous
video tapings helped us to get over that initial fear we all
had and learn to laugh at our errors and learn from them. It
really increased our abilities to carry this information on to
our sales force.
The Group Instruction, the personal feedback, the
atmosphere of the Baker office and the friendliness of your
entire staff contributed to our ability to both apply the
sales training skills and teach others how to sell and this
