This program consists of three phases delivered over the course of 15-18 months, during which:
- Participants are first measured on nine dimensions of leadership using the Birkman 360 multi-rater survey which gathers information on individual performance from the perspective of self, managers, peers, subordinates, and others.
- The results are then reviewed by Birkman and Baker Communications consultants to design a customized training program focusing on developing leadership strengths and closing any identified gaps.
- Finally, the training programs are administered by experienced Baker Communications instructors, spanning a pre-defined time frame and incorporating the survey results.
