The class was really informative and it shed light on my own strengths and weaknesses - highlighting both only encourages growth! There were several great tips on how to EFFEVTIVELY communicate with others in different 'quadrants'. The world is full of different people and understand the strengths and weaknesses of others when it comes to communicating can only help process the point or goal you're trying to attain. Even if that means getting our of your own comfort zone to help others.
The instructor was an exceptional trainer who successfully kept the team engaged throughout the entire day. Despite the training being only one day long, the content comprehensively addressed both our internal communication challenges and external customer interactions. I am confident that the Customer Service team will apply the knowledge gained to enhance our customers' experience.

The instructor is a great teacher. She knows the topics and does a good job teaching it and keeping us engaged. You can see her using the communication methods she teaches throughout the lecture and that really drives home the point when you notice how much you are paying attention.
