Participants are introduced to the Outcome Selling methodology, including the OUTCOMES and EPIC frameworks, giving them a practical structure for leading customer-focused sales conversations.

Phase 03

Practice in a Safe Environment

During the live workshop, learners apply new skills through peer role play and AI-supported simulations that reflect real sales moments such as outreach, discovery, value articulation, objection handling, and closing.

Phase 04

Reinforce Through Practice

After the workshop, learners continue developing their skills through a structured 90-day AI Practice Studio experience with progressively challenging sales conversations and reinforcement activities.

Post-Workshop Reinforcement

90-Day Mastery Sprint

After the live workshop, learners continue developing through a structured 90-day reinforcement experience designed to build real selling capability over time. Rather than stopping at the end of the session, participants keep practicing in the AI Practice Studio with progressively more challenging scenarios that help move skills from understanding to application.

The sprint is designed to extend the workshop in a practical way. Early assignments help learners strengthen preparation, trust-building, communication, and information gathering. As they progress, scenarios become more complex and focus on proposals, trade-offs, objections, concessions, bargaining, pressure, and closing conversations.
