This training was EXACTLY what I needed. Although I've been in my position as a supervisor for over a year, I still often feel lost when it comes to dealing with conflict and other issues with my staff. The training was a God-send! Thank you so much!
This class came at the right time. The instructor has a way of pulling at the heart strings. He not only gave me tools to use at work but to apply to the home environment. I love the stories and the jokes thrown in very quickly. He kept my attention.
The instructor was one of the best speakers I've ever heard. He was not only well knowledged on the material but was also motivating and entertaining. The material that was presented will be used not only at work, it will be used in my everday life.
I thought there were a lot of important fundamentals covered in the workshop and the exercises really helped reinforce the learning. The instructor was fantastic -- his approach, energy, sense of humor and effort to solicit participation were great!

The course information translates to everyday activity, I am currently involved in numerous situations and while the instructor was providing instructions and explanations, i was able to translate that to the current situations I am working on.
The instructor is an outstanding speaker and trainer. This is the second course I have taken with him as the conductor and have learned a lot. Both classes, I have walked out feeling motivated and excited with many new ideas and direction.
I have already used some of the skills in the exceptional management course. The skills learned in the course are immediately applicable and help provide ways to deal with the sometimes emotional issues that arise when managing employees.
Having been a manager for many years and attending these type of trainings in the past, I was mostly impressed by the presenter, the instructor. He was exceptional at keeping us engaged and when I left I felt like I had a new friend.
The instructor is very good at what he does! He read his audience and then gave his presentation accordingly. It was interesting to see him use his own techniques throughout the course. You can tell he practices what he preaches!
Worked with the instructor before and she is brilliant. Lets us express ourselves as we are quite a light hearted / joke orientated group and she allows us to have a laugh while still learning and covering the learning material.
This was an exceptional seminar. I truly recomend especially for thinking outside the box. This also assisted with my year end review. Was able to build rapport with key individuals that could help me complete my task. Awesome!
This course provided insight into the different behavorial styles of individuals, that I had not consider previously. By learning how people behave/react I will be able to address them in a manner that benefits both parties.
Despite filling the class with both experienced and in-experienced managers, all participants left feeling that they had gained helpful insight and useful knowledge which could be applied to their supervisory relationships.
I believe strong management skill are essential to creating a productive and respectful work environment. When management is handled well, employees feel supported, motivated, and confident in their ability to succed. well
The instructor was great at being nimble when we needed to sway off the planned course method to talk through our real situations and did an excellent job of facilitating without interjecting her own observations too soon.

Before taking this class I was truly unaware on how to deal with different people and their attitudes, I have allowed others attitude dictate mine and I did not see how negative that was on me as a supervisor.

I really like the fact that it was interactive and not only a lecture. The energy that the instructor transmitted was positive and made me feel real comfortable to discuss things that I needed to address.

I felt the class brought several items to light that I needed to improve on, but was also a good confindence booster in the aspect of seeing the many items I had already been performing well.

I had a great time time in the class all the subjects were great, I would like to see a class were we look at le4ss subjects and get deeper in to each.
