An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Oklahoma City to work with Allied Medical customer service representatives. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience using strategies such as the 3 Fs Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward resolution of customers’ issues.
