There is no escaping it – employee selection is a critical part of a manager’s job. A manager is literally only as good as the people they hire and train. Knowing how to implement an effective hiring process in the first place will make your job easier and your team better.

In our two-hour Effective Interviewing and Hiring Skills management training class you will receive hands on, interactive coaching in a set of best practice hiring and interviewing skills. Top Baker management instructors will guide you through exercises, case studies and role plays, and provide you with personal feedback to help you refine an effective strategy to address your interviewing and hiring needs.

 

On-Site Training: can be tailored to the needs of client organization and delivered on-site at time and location of client choice.

Objectives:

Participants will learn to:

  • Learn a simple system to identify qualified applicants for positions on your team

  • Consider possible sources for obtaining qualified applicants

  • Receive a set of interviewing tips to help you evaluate candidates

  • Review federal guidelines and regulations as they pertain to the interview and hiring process
