BBA Fiberweb had previously partnered with Baker for other training needs and were quick to return to the industry experts when a new need arose. They requested that Baker build a custom, one-on-one Assertiveness Training coaching course to meet a unique need. Participants in this highly interactive training event will gain experience with fundamental conflict management skills such as identifying others’ Behavioral Styles and learning how best to handle them in conversational, negotiation, and conflict situations. Throughout the workshop, participants will learn and practice powerful communication and management tools such as the LISTEN model for active listening, and the use of body language and verbal skills to enhance effective communication.
