TRS was pleased to find that while Baker did not offer an off-the-shelf dispute resolution course, they were willing and able to tailor a course that met the client‘s requirements. Baker Communications will design amd deliver a customized Dispute Resolution training course targeted to address TRS RenTelco‘s specific needs.
A Baker Communications Senior Level Instructor and Negotiations expert will meet with TRS RenTelco employees in Dallas, Texas. Attendees will learn and practice key conflict resolution and dispute negotiations skills such as recognizing and neutralizing negotiation tactics, techniques for de-escalating conflict and tension, and how to identify and apply appropriate concession strategies. Participants in this intensive dispute resolution workshop will learn the difference between Positional and Principled negotiations, and why it is important to work toward mutually satisfactory, win-win solutions to disputes in order to build and preserve positive working relationships.
