Sales managers can now quickly develop and execute performance coaching plans that are integrated natively into salesforce.com.
Baker Communications announced today the launch of its new PRISM application to enable Sales Managers to deploy targeted sales coaching and training modules. PRISM enables skill development paths deployed natively through salesforce.com for an individual or a team. Sales managers may choose from a menu of pre-existing or custom-developed SkillBursts titles to develop specific skills. SkillBursts are high impact, low time commit, best practices driven, micro training interactions delivered in the Cloud.
