The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), one of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex’s most respected universities, has retained the services of Baker Communications to provide Exceptional Customer Service training to their IT Staff, a group that serves thousands of people each day in the UTA system.
Effectively addressing the needs of such a diverse group of individuals poses special challenges for the highly specialized IT Department.
