Baker Communications is pleased to announce the addition of LuAnne Schenck to the Baker team as Senior Director for Outsourcing. In this capacity, LuAnne will be responsible for creating and implementing large scale Performance Improvement outsourcing solutions.
Luanne has over 25 years in the financial services industry, culminating in seven years of experience in training and development. Prior to joining Baker Communications, LuAnne was a Sr. Client Manager with Capital One University, ranked #15 on Training Magazine’s Top 125 Corporate Universities. In her role at Capital One University, she was responsible for consulting with senior leadership to conduct training needs analysis and create and negotiate learning solutions to enhance associate learning experience for over 10,000 employees. LuAnne was also responsible for managing a team of instructional designers and facilitators who delivered key integration and transformation training, including over 1,500 training days to 7,000+ associates. LuAnne was recently recognized for her leadership on a cross-functional team to create a strategic initiative to integrate three vastly different franchises to deliver one consistent customer experience. The project included working with key business leaders to design learning strategies, curriculum, content design and development, and managing the implementation of 200 training events a month across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Capital One, LuAnne held several key positions in the banking industry, including managing a branch banking office and leading a team of 17 Sales and Performance Coaches in markets across two states. She is certified as a Corporate Coach through Corporate Coach University, and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
