The Social Security Administration has requested that Baker Communications deliver customized Exceptional Customer Service training to their IT professionals. The SSA sought a training partner with outstanding credentials, local instructors, and a program that would help their IT professionals‘ EI quotient and improve their customer service skills. An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Dallas to work with the SSA‘s IT department. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience assessing customer Behavioral Styles and flexing their communication to match their customer‘s needs. They will learn to use strategies such as the 3 F‘s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to work toward resolution of customer issues. Attendees of the training workshop will also learn and practice using Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport and communicate a sense of understanding and respect.
