Sentara was seeking an experienced, flexible training partner with a compelling, interactive approach to training. A Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Virginia to deliver the seminar to employees of the Sentara health care organization. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience using strategies such as the 3 F‘s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward resolution of internal customer issues. Attendees of the Internal Customer Service training workshop will also learn and practice using effective customer service techniques such as Empathy and Active Listening to quickly establish rapport with others, communicating a sense of understanding and respect and facilitating problem-solving.
