Silver Star Wireless has signed on for a series of Baker Communications online STORM training webinars. Silver Star had some previous experience with Baker training and was seeking a program to help them recapture market share. Silver Star was particularly interested in the online training option afforded by Bakers revolutionary STORM training format. The cutting-edge STORM program features instructor-led training conducted in a virtual setting via a WebEx, Internet-based meeting platform, providing highly interactive, effective training, coaching, and reinforcement with minimal down time and no travel expenses. The training is rolled out in weekly 90-minute modules, supported by field assignments for participants to complete between classes and report back on during the next session, helping the participants get up to speed without slowing them down. Baker Communications Senior-Level Instructors and subject area experts will lead the custom online STORM virtual training series for Silver Star employees.
