The United States Department of Transportation has selected Baker Communications to provide Time Management training for the Highway Administration. The Department was seeking a highly-rated training partner with government agency experience and a skills-oriented program. Based on Baker‘s recent work with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a division of the Department of Health and Human Services, and the strength of their practical, skills-based time management training workshop content, the DOT concluded that Baker had the solution to meet their training needs.

A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Baker Communications will travel to Washington, D.C. to deliver the time management workshop. Participants in this interactive training event will learn how to implement key time management practices and strategies, such as goal-setting, prioritizing, and tying activities to goals, helping establish and maintain a focus on their most critical and high-value tasks to increase productivity and efficiency. Attendees will learn to distinguish between urgent and important tasks, identify and eliminate time-wasting activities, batch tasks, and streamline their processes for maximum efficiency.
