El Paso Corporation was pleased to maintain their relationship with Baker, who had previously partnered with them for other training needs.
A Senior-Level Instructor and Conflict Management Expert from Baker Communications will meet with El Paso Corporation managers in Houston. Participants in this intensive training session will gain experience with fundamental conflict management skills such as identifying others‘ Behavioral Styles and learning how best to respond to their anger. Throughout the workshop, attendees will learn and practice powerful conflict management tools such as the LISTEN model for active listening, and the use of empathy and humor to diffuse tension and deescalate conflict situations.
