Elbit has partnered with Baker for training in other areas, and based on their previous experience they promptly returned to the training industry experts when a new need arose. Baker Communications will deliver the workshop to employees in Elbit‘s finance department to improve their customer service skills and their ability to provide effective service to internal and external customers.
A Senior Level Baker Communications Instructor and Customer Service Expert will travel to Merrimack, New Hampshire to deliver the training session. During this highly interactive customer service workshop, participants will gain practical experience using questioning strategies and Active Listening to help them more effectively work toward resolution of customer issues. Attendees of the training workshop will also learn how to identify and relate to different personality types and Behavioral Styles, helping them to quickly establish rapport, communicating a sense of understanding and respect, and effectively address customer needs.
