Elbit Systems Ltd., a major international defense electronics company, has asked that Baker Communications deliver Win-Win Negotiations and Time Management training for its managers and staff members. Elbit has partnered with Baker previously for Time Management training and did not hesitate to return to the experts when a new training need arose. In addition to a new session of Baker‘s Time Management workshop, Elbit signed up for a Win-Win Negotiation seminar after reviewing the content and recognizing its value.
Senior Level Baker Communications Instructors, Negotiations and Time Management Experts will travel to Merrimack, New Hampshire to deliver the training workshops. Participants in the Win-Win Negotiations seminar will learn and practice key negotiations skills such as recognizing negotiator types, neutralizing manipulative tactics, setting parameters, and applying concession strategies to help ensure that their negotiations are well planned and result in satisfactory outcomes for both parties. The Time Management skills workshop will include a time use audit to identify areas needing improvement, and training in essential time management techniques such as setting goals, linking activities to goals, and prioritizing, enhancing the trainees‘ ability to work more efficiently and effectively.
