Greater Giving was seeking a private customer service training engagement on a limited budget, and Baker was able to accommodate their needs, creating a customer care program for private delivery and geared towards a mixed audience of Greater Giving personnel, ranging from temporary customer service representatives and administrative staff to senior engineering, finance and administration executives.
An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Beaverton, Oregon to work with Greater Giving staff. During this highly interactive customer service workshop, participants will gain practical experience in using effective customer service skills. They will be given the opportunity to practice every aspect of customer service, from establishing rapport to conflict resolution, and will learn the importance of good questioning and listening skills. Attendees will also gain expertise at working with the four primary Behavioral Styles, helping them to identify and align with their customers way of thinking and communicating, helping them to avoid misunderstanding and potential sources of customer dissatisfaction.
