IAPMO R&T, a division of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) which certifies and lists solar, electrical, plumbing and mechanical products according to established codes and standards, has retained Baker Communications to deliver Exceptional Customer Service training to its staff. IAPMO R&T was seeking a hands-on customer service training workshop with a trusted training company. They selected Baker‘s highly regarded Exceptional Customer Service Training seminar based on its content and its applicability to their specific training needs.

An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will travel to Ontario to meet with IAPMO R&T staff. During this highly interactive workshop, participants will gain practical experience using strategies such as the 3 F‘s Model (Handling Feelings, Finding Facts and Finding Solutions) to help them work toward effective resolution of customer issues. Attendees of the Exceptional Customer Service training workshop will learn and practice recognizing and communicating with different personality styles, giving representatives the ability to work more effectively with many different types of clients.
