A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Baker Communications will travel to Alexandria, Virginia to deliver the workshop to the MSRB‘s call center group. Attendees will learn important time management skills such as organization, prioritizing, and tying activities to goals, helping them eliminate time waste. Participants will also learn how to more effectively estimate and budget their time using techniques like Scheduling in Reverse, and have the opportunity to take a Time Use Audit to measure their time spend and identify areas needing attention.
