The company was seeking a comprehensive negotiations training program for their project management group. Participants in this highly interactive negotiations training workshop will gain training and practice in techniques for negotiating towards mutually beneficial solutions, improving their ability to build and maintain positive relationships while advancing the companys interests. They will learn how to recognize and appropriately handle common negotiating tactics, and how to set expectations with a prepared Wish, Aspiration and Bottom Line. Participants will also practice using clarifying and confirming questions to discover and define their negotiating partners needs and interests.
