NASA (the National Aeronautics and Space Administration) has requested Exceptional Presentations training from Baker Communications for its department heads. NASA was seeking a highly-regarded training partner with presentations workshop content that focused on structure as well as delivery skills. After a needs assessment with Baker and a review of the Exceptional Presentations training materials, NASA concluded that Baker could provide a training even that would meet their needs and provide their departmental heads with the skills and techniques they needed to make truly exceptional presentations.


Senior-Level Instructors and Presentations Experts from Baker Communications will travel to Huntsville, Alabama to deliver the workshop.  NASA department heads will benefit from training on clear presentation structure for the opening, body, and closing using the ASIA format (Audience hook, Solution, Ideas, and Action request). They will learn to analyze audience needs and design their presentation to better communicate their message to their listeners, and have the opportunity to learn and practice delivery skills such as the four P’s (Projection, Pauses, Pacing, and Pitch). The NASA department heads will also benefit from expert coaching by Baker trainers and a series of critiques based on video recordings of in–class practice presentations, allowing them to set a benchmark, identify areas in need of improvement, and monitor skill development throughout the seminar.
