This intensive training event will take place over two days and expand on the material in Baker‘s highly acclaimed Exceptional Management Skills workshop. Nexeo selected Baker to administer this event in confidence that interactive, focused training will improve their managers‘ skill sets and improve the performance of their teams.
A Senior Level Baker Instructor and Management Expert will meet with Nexeo managers to lead this intensive two-day training event. In this interactive management "boot camp" program, participants will gain an understanding of both personal behavioral styles and individual motivational needs, enabling them to better communicate with and motivate the employees under their direction. Attendees will also learn how to utilize key management strategies such as effective delegation and timely performance evaluations, resulting in improved planning, better feedback, and more efficient processes. Managers participating in the boot camp will gain and practice the necessary skills to lead more efficient and productive teams.
