A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Baker Communications will travel to Austin, Texas to meet with Nexstar management. Attendees will learn important time management skills to enhance their organization and productivity. Nexstar management will discover the importance of prioritizing and of tying activities to goals, eliminating time waste and increasing organizational focus on goal-oriented tasks. Participants will also learn how to more effectively estimate and budget their time using techniques like Scheduling in Reverse, and each individual will have the opportunity to complete a Time Audit which will quantify their time spend and identify areas where adjustments are needed
