Portola was seeking to enhance their staff‘s productivity and time management skills with proven techniques, and were searching for a committed, highly-rated training partner. A Time Management Expert and Senior Level Instructor from Baker Communications traveled to Tolleson, Arizona to deliver the workshop. Portola staff members participating in this intensive course discovered the importance of prioritizing and of tying activities to goals, eliminating time waste and increasing focus on goal-oriented tasks. Participants also learned how to more effectively estimate and budget their time using techniques like Scheduling in Reverse, and each individual had the opportunity to complete a Time Audit to quantify their actual time spend and look for areas in need of adjustment. Attendees of the workshop left with a full array of important time management techniques to enhance their efficiency and productivity.
