An Exceptional Customer Service Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will meet with Premier MSS customer service team members. During this interactive customer service training workshop, participants will gain practical experience with customer service techniques such as the use of empathy and active listening, allowing them to quickly establish rapport with customers and find solutions for their issues.
