The "40 Under 40" group are individual identified by SGC Horizon as up-and-comers within the commercial building and real estate sectors. In organizing an event for their clients, SGC Horizon was seeking a training speaker with the ability to handle large groups and provide engaging and useful content. After consulting with Baker, the media group requested a short workshop based on Baker Communications‘ signature Behavioral Styles material, recognizing it as highly useful information for those in the commercial building and real estate sectors.

A Baker Communications Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor will meet with SGC Horizon‘s "40 Under 40" group to deliver the Behavioral Styles workshop. Participants in the program will learn about and practice recognizing different behavioral styles. Attendees will have the opportunity to complete a behavioral style self-assessment to discover their own style, and learn what effects their typical behavior has on others. They will learn how best to communicate with individuals exhibiting other behavioral styles and how to "flex" their own style to meet the needs of others. This special Behavioral Styles session will provide useful emotional intelligence training as well as psychological insight for the building and real estate professionals at the event.
