The client was seeking a flexible training partner who would investigate their needs and customize material to help close their specific skill gaps. The Building Customer Relationships training will help seminar participants at Safran reach a higher level of proficiency and skill in developing relationships with customers and providing exceptional service, resulting in more loyal customers and a stronger bottom line.

A Customer Relationship Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor with Baker Communications will deliver the workshop for Safran staff in a live, private on-site session. During this interactive class, participants will develop their knowledge of personality types, human relations, and effective customer service skills. Attendees will be afforded the opportunity to practice conflict resolution and to learn the importance of good listening skills in effective customer service. They will also gain expertise in working with different personality types, helping them to align with customers and create rapport, avoid misunderstandings, and defuse conflict in any situation.
