Seitlin, one of the largest privately owned independent insurance agencies in the country, has asked Baker Communications to deliver both presentations training for their employee benefits team and management skills training for its sales support team. Seitlin was seeking a public presentation training workshop for its employees and was pleased to discover Baker‘s option to run a private, on-site Exceptional Presentations training session. In the Exceptional Management Skills training event, sales support staff will gain an understanding of personal behavioral styles and motivational needs, helping them to better communicate with and motivate others. Participants will also learn how to effectively utilize vital management strategies to improve planning and processes, producing more efficient and productive teams.
