Specialty Rental Tools & Supply (STS), a rental and service company providing equipment to major and independent operators across eight states, has asked Baker Communications to provide custom Internal Communication Skills training for their operations managers. STS has worked with Baker previously for other training needs, and was pleased to return to the training industry experts. STS requested that Baker design and deliver a seminar focused on internal communications. Baker was able to develop customized training content to address internal communications issues and the company‘s specific needs.
A Baker Communications Training Expert and Senior Level Instructor will travel to Alvin, Texas to deliver the workshop for STS operations managers. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to identify and communicate appropriately with various personality types and Behavioral Styles, allowing them to work more effectively with others. Attendees will also gain experience using tools and strategies such as Active Listening and Questioning for Understanding to help them quickly establish rapport, gain useful information, and work toward efficient and effective resolution of internal issues.
